thank you for your interest in Oscar and Belle. Following are the basic terms and conditions that govern your use of our site and purchases made from Oscar and Belle, Inc. Use of our site and submission of orders constitutes your agreement to these terms. This agreement may be revised from time to time, as necessary.
shipping policy -
All orders will be processed and shipped as soon as possible. If you have an order that needs to be expedited, please call us to discuss your specific needs. Expedited orders may incur additional costs, depending on the specific needs.
For delivery within the US, orders are shipped for a flat rate of $6.95 for USPS Priority Mail and will include e-mail delivery confirmation.
If your "ship to" address is in Minneapolis, we will be happy to deliver your order to your door on orders over $100.00, please note “hand delivery” in the comments section of your order.
We are happy to accommodate international shipping requests. The shipping charge for orders to be delivered to Canada is a flat fee of $10.00. Some heavier items may incur extra shipping costs.
All other international shipping requests must email or call for International shipping rates. Purchaser shall be responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries. All international orders are shipped by Fedex or UPS.
return policy -
All retail returns must be postmarked within 14 days of package receipt in order to qualify for credit or refund. All returned items must be in new, unused, and unwashed condition. You must call prior to shipment and request a return processing number. Please include a copy of your packing list / receipt with the returned item, and a note indicating the reason for the return.
When your items are received, we will issue a credit for the amount of the merchandise returned. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the purchaser and will not be refunded. If the returned item was shipped for free and the return disqualifies the original order amount for free shipping, shipping costs will be deducted from your credit or refund. If you would like a refund to your credit card rather than store credit, a 10% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount for retail customers. No wholesale returns are accepted. If, at the sole discretion of Oscar & Belle Inc., a return is approved a 30% restocking fee will apply.
colors –
we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of colors will be accurate. For this reason, we typically include several different images of items for your review prior to purchasing. Actual color of garments may differ form the color displayed on your computer screen, or printed from the web site.
inaccuracies –
the information that is presented on our web site is accurate to the best of our abilities. There may be occasions when some of the information on our web site may contain unintentional inaccuracies. We present our content 'as is' and make no claims to its accuracy, either expressed or implied. We reserve the right to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. We reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders for products that have been purchased at an inaccurate price, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, a credit will be issued to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
